Your
booking will commence at 2.00 p.m. on the day of
your arrival and finish at 10.00 am on the day of
your departure, unless prior arrangements have
been made.
Strictly no smoking inside the
cottages.
Dogs
and pets may be allowed on request.
The
premises are fully equipped and linen is
provided.
Opal
Cottage: The number of occupants of the property
must not exceed two.
Harlequin Cottage: The number of occupants of the
property must not exceed six.
A
booking will be confirmed on receipt of payment.
If the booking is not paid by the due date your
booking may be cancelled without further notice
to you.
Full
refunds of deposits (less $110.00 booking fee)
are possible only with a minimum of seven days
notice.
Keys
can be collected from our store Lost Sea Opals
(Cnr Morilla & Onyx Sts) during business
hours. If you are arriving after hours, please
advise us so that other arrangements can be made.
The
tenant will be responsible for damage to the
premises or loss of or damage to any items in the
premises.
Any
printed, written or verbal description of the
premises by the Management or an employee will be
made in good faith. However no responsibility for
contested description can be accepted.
